The company

Our client is an education publishing and events company operating within the Schools and Further Education sectors. Their services include leading digital publications, an online education recruitment platform, and high-profile education industry events.

They are a small, friendly, and energetic team, with 20 full-time staff. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, their brands and audiences have grown considerably over the last 18 months. After a record-breaking start to 2021, they are excited to expand their sales team.


The role

You’ll be responsible for growing the sales of advertising space within their sector-leading digital publications and within their recruitment platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven salesperson to take joint responsibility for an area of sales in a growing and exciting company.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Managing own sales pipeline
  • Generating new business
  • Representing the organisation at exhibitions and events
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Other duties as required by senior managers


The package

  • £22,500 - £27,500 starting salary
  • Uncapped commission (£10k OTE)
