The role

You will be working in a fast-paced environment helping in the day-to-day running of a busy consumer press office as well as research for new business pitches and idea generation for new client campaigns.


Responsibilities include:

  • Press cuttings
  • Conducting research
  • Social media – organic posting, influencer PR, building content to give to influencers in order to grow client profiles.
  • Writing PR reports
  • Much more!

To be successful, you will…

…have 1-2 years’ consumer PR and social media experience

…be adept at working in a busy press office and working on multiple clients simultaneously

…have experience in contacting influencer and celeb agents to secure coverage and negotiating partnerships – paid and gifted

…be experienced in Microsoft Office and photo editing/design software

…be experience in writing press releases, managing social media accounts, pitching to journalists and influencers, an eye for detail developing relevant news stories for the press and keeping ahead of the latest trends in fashion, parenting, education and lifestyle sectors.

…have excellent client relationship, project management, and people skills

…ideally have a PR degree

…be a social media expert – a genuine interest in all social media platforms, trends, influencer research, liaison and analytics across multiple sectors

…have a passion for creating new ideas and storylines who can think outside the box

…be a confident writer with an eye for detail

…be comfortable selling in stories to high profile journalists

…be proactive and solution orientated in handling clients, influencers and press

…be keen to take ownership of producing client reports, status updates, client meeting notes

…have a genuine interest in working across multiple PR sectors and proactively contributing to client KPIs.
