Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Our client is a group of six full-service digital agencies, including creative design, web and app development, data, analytics, and more.

They’ve been established for over 20-years’ and have developed a reputation for delivering and exceeding expectations for some of the world’s best-known brands, like Adobe, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, John Lewis, and many more.


The role

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the systems development life cycle. Continually reviewing processes to enable scale, deliver the strategic vision, improve planning through Agile methodologies and implement industry best practices in software development. 

You’ll lead an enthusiastic team of developers and project managers of various skill levels and expertise in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, VUEJS, Node.js and React.

Alongside management and improvement, you’ll still be able to get stuck into some coding. The role will be a 50/50 split between leading the team and programming on exciting digital projects.

The package

  • £55,000 – £65,000 salary
  • Commitment to training and development - you'll receive an allocated training budget which can be spent on courses, exhibitions, talks, etc.
  • Progression is bespoke based on company growth and your interests (creative, analytics, data, etc.)
  • A monetary bonus system, quarterly, bi-annually and annually (approx. 10-15% of your salary)
