The role

This is an exciting new role to set up and lead an Account Management team. You'll be responsible for building a smooth-running division within a successful business, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and your team feels valued. The key focus areas for this role are.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up the department and establishing processes
  • Leading the account management team and helping them to deliver successful outcomes for clients
  • Working with leading clients to solve business problems using data management, CRM and marketing solutions
  • Pitching and cross-selling services to clients
  • Improving existing account management systems and processes
  • Leading the professional development of our account managers


The package

  • £55,000-60,000 salary
  • Hybrid working model of 2-days in the office and 3-from home or out with clients
