The role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s finance administration, predominantly the purchase ledger. Duties include:

• Purchase orders
• Supplier payments
• Account reconciliation
• Stock control
• Budgeting
• Supplier relations and procurement
• Assisting with sales ledger where necessary (sales ledger mostly takes care of itself)
• Taking ownership of more financial duties currently looked after by the external accountant as you develop with the business.

You will also be responsible for minor customer care duties. This area boasts a new system which is super easy to use leaving time to build relations with the customer. Responsibilities include:

• Logging new jobs with contractors
• Booking works with customers
