Our client is a Customer Lifecycle Intelligence (CLI) company. They work with businesses in financially regulated industries to find prospects, identify and mitigate risk, onboard, and keep customers for life.

The company was formed following the merger of two very well-known software companies. They are backed by top tier investors including Octopus Investments, Notion Capital, Augmentum Fintech and notable angel investors, the company brings together decades of combined experience serving UK financial institutions. Today, it is seen as a trusted partner to some 600 customers and 15,000 users. It’s an exciting time to join an innovative company in a significant period of growth.  

One of their customers is BT, who has generated £24m of pipeline through the platform.


The role

You’ll be responsible for delivering revenue mostly through acquiring new business from a list of carefully selected target accounts, but also a small number of existing key accounts.

The company currently works with 600 clients, with a target of growing to 2000.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate your own opportunities and build a pipeline
  • Develop, forecast, close and win business from new accounts and existing key accounts
  • Identify customer needs to drive value
  • Follow a structured customer qualification process (company use MEDDIC process)
  • Work with clients to build value-based ROI business cases that justify large investments
  • Manage senior client/prospect relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic solutions to maximise ROI
  • Manage all types of sales negotiations (complex and straightforward)
  • Work with the extended team of pre-sales, customer service, training and others to deliver the best client experience
  • Spend 20% of your time nurturing existing key clients


The package

  • £65,000-75,000 salary
  • Performance-based commission plan, 100% OTE (£65-£75k on top of your salary)
