The company

Our client is a well-known Fashion, Accessory and Homeware brand, stocked worldwide in stores like John Lewis and online. They’re a family run business, currently employing just over 100 staff and going through an exciting period of growth which brings opportunities for your continued development and progression.

 

The role

You’ll be responsible for representing two international fashion brands to provide outstanding customer support in their UK and European markets. This would suit you if you are a natural at offering a positive and personal experience to customers and love a varied role. Duties include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to EU wholesale customers & sales agents via phone, email and face to face
  • Supporting the growth of both national and international accounts
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Attending seasonal tradeshows and sales events as required, occasionally outside of normal working hours
  • Maintaining and protecting customer data in line with our policies
  • Informing customers of accurate order lead times
  • Processing returns
  • Professionally handling and complaints
  • Other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Customer Experience Supervisor
