Customer Service Representative – Join a company supporting young people to make a successful transition from education to the workplace

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000
Contract Length: Permanent

Their innovative software platform supports UK further education colleges to deliver high quality work experience and enrichment programmes and allows students to evidence that they’ve developed essential employability skills.

The company has ambitious goals to support the success of every college in the country. They are growing quickly and need your help to in supporting their customers.


The role

You’ll be responsible for supporting customers to ensure they get the best from the platform. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer queries via email, phone and video calls via Teams and Google Hangout, and support chats
  • Delivering remote and occasional on-site training on the software platform
  • Developing support material to help customers, including user guidelines, PowerPoints, videos, etc.
  • Attending client meetings with the wider team to provide insight into support
  • Managing an online support portal to help customers self-diagnose issues


The package

  • £22,000-25,000 salary
  • Work from a newly renovated and casual office in Bicester

  • Occasional away days for planning/developing the business
  • Progression as the business and the role grows
