Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Contract Length: Permanent

Our client is a ground engineering company, overcoming common problems like sinkholes and ground that is experiencing instability and therefore cannot be built on. Their innovative solution re-stabilises ground, making buildings safe again, and enabling construction to continue, for example, building houses.

The role

You’ll be providing outstanding customer service via telephone and email, advising customers with product and service knowledge and managing customer requests. Responsibilities include:  

  • Supporting a busy sales team
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries from customers
  • Taking on new jobs from customers
  • Managing contractors’ diaries and scheduling works
  • Arranging training days for engineers/contractors
  • Booking site inspections
  • General administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as required
