Our client is a successful eCommerce business in Banbury. The brand is dedicated to online retail for the construction market, providing tools, materials and equipment to 20,000 ‘DIYers’, and tradespeople per year.
The company is set to become the Amazon of construction supplies.
You’ll be responsible for improving the business’ conversion rates year on year, looking at all aspects of the website and marketing to analyse the customer journey – where customers convert, where visitors drop off, what areas should be improved/changed, etc.
You will have full ownership and accountability for successful identification and execution of CRO improvement strategies.

To be successful, you will…
…have 3+ years’ experience of optimising user experience campaigns
…be experienced in the ideation, development, set up and running of digital experiments and a/b tests
…have knowledge across a range of CRO research and testing tools
…have experience in the management of multi-category campaigns
