The role

You’ll be speaking with clients regularly via telephone, email and video calls to ensure they are achieving maximum success and return on investment from the software products they are using. Responsibilities include:

  • Speaking with existing clients on a regular basis to review their successes and areas for development and improvement in their use of software products.
  • Proactively looking to enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their goals and tailoring solutions that align.
  • Consistently building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
