Sales Negotiator with a High-Value Estate Agent

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Contract Length: Permanent

Job Description:

Opportunity for a driven property sales professional to join and drive the sales operations in a high-value estate agency in Oxford.

 

 

The role

You’ll get to implement and advance your sales skills within a well-respected, high-profile estate agency. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a database of buyers and sellers to increase sales and grow revenue. Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Valuing, taking on, and progressing properties from start to finish in the sales process
  • Converting market appraisals in line with the company average of 50-75%
  • Registering applicants, and booking and conducting viewings and market appraisals in line with company standards
  • Generating market appraisals from potential clients
  • To general between £160,000 - £200,000 of exchanged contract fees from sales, per annum
