Job Description:

Opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Property Manager to join a high-value estate agency in Oxford, offering excellent training and progression opportunities.

 

The role

You’ll get to hone your relationship management skills by becoming the point of contact for, both, property owners and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of rented properties once let and managing/resolving any queries from property owners and tenants
  • Regularly visiting properties and identifying any needs for repairs or suggesting improvements to the property owner
  • Arranging and scheduling any works carried out on properties
  • Any other administrative tasks as required
