Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Contract Length: Permanent

Opportunity for an ambitious Lettings professional to join a successful independent Estate Agency and run your own lettings department.


The role

You’ll get the opportunity to join a well-recognised and dynamic independent Estate Agency in Didcot and take responsibility of their lettings departments across two offices. Duties will include:

  • Growing the lettings and property management department by onboarding new properties and pairing them with suitable tenants
  • Managing and maintaining an existing lettings portfolio
  • Continuously networking with potential tenants, landlords and company management
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs, periodic inspections and tenancy deposits
  • Understanding and updating the ever-changing lettings legislation

…have at least 2-years of Lettings experience
