IT Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000
Contract Length: Permanent

Opportunity for a proactive IT support engineer to join an innovative software company offering the progression into development/implementation and an outstanding salary.


The role

You’ll get the opportunity to join an ambitious company focused on overcoming an industry-wide problem. As well as helping with the development and implementation of their software, duties will include:

  • Being the primary contact for queries from clients via email and phone to troubleshoot queries
  • Identifying recurring queries and interviewing clients to understand their problems
  • Look for weak points in clients' operational processes
  • Analysing daily reports from clients to proactively identify and solve issues
  • Providing findings and analytics to the development team to help enhance the product and the company’s offering
  • Feedback client issues in development meetings
  • Work closely with Directors on new implementations
  • Testing new product versions
