Opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join a successful and forward-thinking Marketing Agency in Oxford.


The role

You’ll get the opportunity to join an innovative and success-driven team and showcase and develop your relationship management skills. You’ll take on the responsibility for the management of assigned client accounts (and wider client base where help is required). You will be on the front line between client and agency, learning about your clients’ businesses and goals and working with the client and your team to deliver marketing solutions that achieve those goals. 

Key Results Areas

  1. Increase profitability by achieving high client satisfaction in collaboration with the delivery team. You will aim for a 90% client retention year-on-year.
  1. To identify and pursue opportunities from concept to closed deal, to expand current client account spend by 40% each year.
  1. To help develop improvements to services and processes within the company to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  1. To collect regular feedback, testimonials, case studies, and reviews from our clients, ensuring that our hard work and achievements is proudly represented in permanent form.
