- Conducting video interviews with each candidate we submit, giving you an insight before even meeting them. This saves you hours of time spent interviewing and hugely reduces your interview to hire rate.
- Offering a strong refund guarantee. We’re good, we know that, but sometimes things don’t work out. If a candidate leaves or is fired within 50 days, we’ll give you a 70% refund.
